The SKLZ Bump-N-Pass Trainer is the ideal volleyball passing training tool to help athletes work on technique by limiting arm swing during practice sessions. Designed to reinforce proper form with legs and shoulders to pass more effectively and accurately, so players are more prepared on game day. The perfect pass can make all the difference. The elastic cord adjusts to a variety of lengths making it suitable for athletes of almost any size. For comfort while training, the cuffs are padded and attach to wrists and ankles with hook and loop straps for easy and secure attachment. The passing trainer is perfect to use in team practices, on the court, or at home with a partner.

We deliver through Direct Freight and do our best to ship all orders within two business days (excluding public holidays). Direct Freight does NOT ship to Parcel Lockers or P.O. Boxes, so please ensure you provide a residential address for delivery.

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, and estimated shipping times for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are 1-4 working days. For other states, delivery times may be longer.
